What if I have $500 to spend..

I had plan for quite a while and wanted to get my friend a cool birthday present.. haha how ridiculous we have not been exchanging presents for like ... nearly 4 -5 years until this year where we planned to exchange (sort of) haha.. Anyway is not the presents that makes the friendship wonderful.

Yea one of her favourite Anime characters will be Roy Mustang from Full Metal Alchemist. That anime is awesome.
